I feel very lucky having Brian as my buyer's agent. He helped my family find our first home in Canada, with the best price in market and super smooth purchasing process. He also arranged moving service and room re-conditioning for us. I would like Brain as my agent for my home selling or buying in the future.

They keep themselves up to date in all matters that may affect the actions of home buyers. They are great agents, extremely professional! Brian was kind, patient, but an excellent negotiator. He was pretty knowledgeable on the process and know what things to look out for. He guided me through the process and made sure I understood what was going on. We got offers accepted on 3 different places and got great prices on all three properties. Highly recommended!
