It’s a very welcoming gym, not just the staff but members also. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable in proper technique and safe execution of movements, Olympic lifts and overall workouts. They work on mental strength as well as nutrition options. Going to CrossFit haze will be the part of your day that you look forward to the most. They have a great selection of equipment for CrossFit workouts and always know how to challenge you and get the best results from the box. I would give this gym a 4.8 star rating.

A wonderful community where everyone is welcome regardless of ability, age, and body shape. Coaches are dedicated to making workouts safe and challenging. The main goal is to keep people moving in a safe, challenging and fun way.

CrossFit Haze is a very welcoming community of people who are all 'in it together'. Each and everyone in the gym is there for their own reason yet they always take the time to say Hi or Welcome. Great coaches who really care for their athletes on a personal and professional level.

I love the CrossFit community and the coaching. Group workouts are fun and the coaching is awesome! Our coaches make sure that you do the exercises right, scale it accordingly and work the right muscles. The best of all is you see how you emprove and you see results while being part of a community. I would recommend this to everyone!

CrossFit Haze is a community based gym. Once you walk in the gym you feel like you are a part of a family. The athletes and coaches make you feel welcomed and loved!
