Leghorn Ranch Trail Rides & Hay Sales

What a wonderful experience! We were visiting from Alberta and wanted to make exciting memories and Leghorn ranch did not disappoint! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Two of our group had never rode a horse and they made us all feel extremely comfortable. The barns were clean and authentic. The ride was scenic so we felt like we got to see a bit of the beautiful British Colombia. I would definitely recommend this for any family or group young and old. Good job Leghorn ranch 👏🏽

What an incredible place. It was clean and organized, very beautiful! The horses were so gentle and calm. They looked so healthy and well taken care of. They showed no signs of stress and remained so calm when passed by a bike, runner or dogs on the trail. The trail was incredibly beautiful, I can't wait to experience it in the spring and summer. Janet was so kind and friendly. I loved that they put safety so high of a priority. You are required to wear a helmet which they provide and sanitize and they also take you through a riding lesson. Janet treated everyone on the ride with such kindness no matter how much or how little riding experience you've had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone at any age. 10/10 experience! My fiance booked the 2 hour trail ride for us as a surprise! We both were happy that he had chosen the 2 hour trail, anything shorter wouldn't have felt long enough. Our horses were super sweet (Grey and Archie) and fun to work with. Our guide was excellent, her voice carried across the group so we could hear her in the back and she gave clear instructions of what to do and when we would be changing pace. We definitely will be returning in autumn when the weather is cooler and we can see the flooded cranberry fields. I would recommend this place to anyone, whether you're a first timer or an experienced rider. It's an awesome experience!

We had a great afternoon! Rode for 2 hours along the river with a group, saw mountain views, and even trotted through a shallow part of the creek! Amazing staff there, and the horses are very gentle and used to the trips. Highly recommended!

My two sisters and I visited Leghorn Ranch for a 2 hour trail ride and it was such a great experience. The ranch itself is just outside of Vancouver and very easy to get to. We rode with Janet and she embodied the "happy to help" mentality. The horses were gorgeous and so well behaved. Thank you for a great ride, Janet!
