Place 400

The signage on the front of the building has been neglected for over a year now, one letter and three numbers are not lit up at night, looks tacky and says you do not care about esthetics, I would think a year would be ample time to fix. Little things like this can determine a persons impression of a place.

I work here. I hate this building. To be fair, it is properly located to get to work, parking is good, and many entries to get into the building. My gripes... It's old. The building is locked down on holidays to the point of absurdity. The vast majority of people that work the work the American market, yet you cannot get from one floor to the next via stairway on Canadian Holidays. Not enough food places within a quick walking distance for app min lunch (McD's is the only place for a quick bite).

Lots of call centres in this building and the cafe is awesome they have good food

Holding meetings about morale but proceeds to ban non-work related websites even after low morale expressed.

Nicely renovated commercial building.
