I have been seeing Theressa for over 10 years. I have a spinal injury, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. My body is a hot mess and she always takes the time to find out where my areas of pain are that day and is in constant communication regarding the pressure of the massage, as to not cause me more pain. She truly loves her work, she's passionate about the science behind it and is very knowledgeable about everything involved in her work.
I would recommend Theressa a thousand times over - and I have seen many massage therapists over the course of 25 years.
I have been going to Blackfalds Massage Therapy and Wellness for years. Theresa is AMAZING and takes the time to thoroughly understand your needs. I have never left an appointment without significant relief.
Always feel so much better after massage. Theressa senses and works on the areas that need work. I’ve just started going more often, not just when I actually hurt.
