They do not mail your license plates to you. They also did more damage to my car then I did in the accident.

The absolute worst option in the area. Rude beyond belief and the most exorbitant fees in the area (by almost 3x). Would not be surprising to see 1000 bad reviews but in the meantime save yourself the headache and avoid this business like the Coronavirus. There must be a reason why so many of the reviews below use the word "scam".

$2000 bill for a tow after an accident a little pricey not very polite very pushy he wanted $750 to drop it 3 doors from the accident we should have went with that just beware know your rights I didn’t 😞 Sorry I just received the email that you didn’t except payment I can send it again right away sorry for the inconvenience.... and my husband did the clean up

Called Roadside Assistance and Towne showed up. Driver got into my vehicle with a greasy, dirty coat on. Left grease and mud everywhere. Tom Smith was good enough to clean up his mess. Poor experience. Wouldn't use them again if I had a choice.
