This place does its best to appreciate the rules and accept so many friendly people! The reviews that are low have a story, one person decided to bring multiple people even though it’s NOT allowed! You must follow the rules... Clean shoes, cleaning your equipment and putting it back. Respect the rules.

24 hours, can always get a workout in. Owner is friendly and isn't afraid of suggestions

paid monthly fee by EMT. covid happened and she told me that she would hold my membership based on the fact she was closed. when she opened I asked if I was allowed back in . She said no and told me I basically wasn’t allowed back. I asked for my money back because I wasn’t allowed to use my membership, even though some of my friends were attending. she then became rude and hostile. I screen shot her what she had said to me and she gave me my money back but told me I was never allowed back. she should stick to her restaurant next door.

Love the 24/7 accessibility. Owners are awesome, very responsive to patrons' requests. Great, supportive atmosphere

I have been going to this gym for the last three years. It’s 24 hour access and it has all the essentials to get in a good workout. New ownership have renovated the gym and started adding new equipment. The new owners have addressed my concerns when asked and I’m unsure why there are some many 1 star reviews.
