2 shipments from the island to the kootenays in a period of 6 months - 1 was lost, 1 was delivered to an address on the other side of town. both times i was not informed by the company but had to track down and recover the items myself. absolutely abhorrent delivery service.

After saying they would be able to make a potentially challenging delivery (due to road access, even though the road had perfect access), they completely dropped the ball, and failed to communicate with myself or my client like instructed. They did not make any effort to make this a good experience. Poor communication, very very poor. Let down me and my customer, and my customer had to spend money renting a u-haul trailer to deliver the materials himself. Clearly not enough competition around here, as these guys would go out of business anywhere else.

Terrible price, terrible service. I mistakenly had a 2 inch x12 inch 20lb. package sent from Mill Bay, Vancouver Island to Castlegar depot. 5 days and $140.00, yep $140.00. Called Canada Post, about $70.00, called a courier, they said $54.00. I contacted them to see if there was an error, no and I was lucky to have them. So, whether business or private the results are----- anybody but Overland. Can't give no stars.

got some patio furnitures delivered uyesterday from walmart--truck cam ewith one driver--dropped all the boses and couldn'tseem to care--not even pretending to care--one person and no helper for 8 boxes furnuitures--hope table with glasses didn't break---stay away!!!
