I just picked up my mail at my rural post box...a package was stuffed in the box I could hardly pull it out...packaging was split open from the pressure. There are other boxes for oversized packages or leave a card and I will pick it up. Totally unacceptable

Unfriendly, seems to get overly stressed out over simple things and please dont just throw the envelopes at customers as some have bad backs and struggle with bending down to pick them up off of the floor

Repeatedly would not pick up my phone call on regular business hours. Who knows how good your service is if you don’t even answer the phone (phone number posted on google). Work on your digital presence a bit.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Repeatedly rude staff that will lie about their job in order to discriminate by name, age & appearance. They've refused to give us our mailbox key multiple times despite having the proper documents and insist our landlord must come in with proof instead.
