Moneysworth & Best Quality Shoe Repair

Took my 1980 Gucci handbag in to be re stitched in a trouble area. Anat (forgive the spelling) was fabulous and did exactly what I asked and considering the bags condition he was thoughtful and helpful with what was realistic. I bought a conditioner and brought it Home to feed that leather. Amazing service, timely and thoughtful. I work at the Eaton centre and it was exemplary service. Will be taking other items there is he can repair.

Shabby job- and even worse response from the owner. Eaton centre. I brought my suede high heels in to have the tips replaced. Talking with the owner, I agreed to add on a cleaning for an extra $10. Upon picking them up I immediately notice the suede is harsh rough to the touch. Worst of it is when I showed the owner, he became defensive and tried to invalidate my concern talking over me. As I am showing him the issue, I notice the material was peeling off from the shoe and mentioned that to which he said that wasn’t covered. Ridiculous. Poor workmanship and even poorer customer service- and from the owner! Never going back.

Went to get some heels repaired because I wore them for a few days for a conference and the metal tip was already showing! Lovely service from the man at the counter, repaired within twenty four hours which I didn't even ask for and also repaired the torn bits of leather on my heels where I had got caught in a grate. Repair job on black leather was done very well, and he replaced my heels with rubber ends so they would last longer. Highly recommend, would come back for sure.

I went to change the zipper on my new military boots and asked the guy a million times to give me the thickest and strongest zipper ever. I donno much about shoe repair but I could tell that the zipper he showed me was the flimsy And was meant for designer boots. He kept saying that this is the best one for boots and I even told him that I have seen much stronger zippers on boots. Finally after a hundred lies, He charged me $100 even though he mentioned in the beginning that it would be $60. Guess what, the flimsy zipper broke the next day! At least try to act like you have a decent business going..don’t have to fraud everyone to make money...

This is an incredible shoe repair store! AMAZING service and friendly staff capable of transforming pretty much any shoe. I am so happy with the service I've been getting from this place consistently for the past 12 years. I have never been disappointed by their quality of work and the prices are beyond reasonable.
