Baktash Shoe Repair

I NEVER write online reviews, but I just had to after my experience with Baktash. His genuine concern, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service made my experience with him truly 5 Stars. He fixed (4) pairs of designer shoes for me and I could not be more pleased with the results. He was so knowledgeable, had great suggestions and recommendations, and he wasn't pushy at all. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and takes pride in every job he completes. Baktash is a true professional and I now recommend him to my clients, friends, everyone! You MUST work with Baktash the next time you need any of your leather goods/shoes/belts/bags repaired or refreshed. He is OUTSTANDING!

I randomly chose Baktash to add anti-slip grip to my favourite winter boots, and I’m so glad that I did. From the customer service to the final product, he exceeded my expectations. First, he worked around me and my schedule, arranging for me to safely drop my boots off after hours. He also personally dropped them off to my home when they were finished, as I had trouble getting downtown. This blew me away. And not to mention the final product was perfect. He even got a little scratch out and polished them up without me having to ask. His price was more than fair, and he stuck to his original word. I really appreciated his personal and professional service, and I could tell that he cares about what he does and wants to go above and beyond for his customers. Really fantastic work! The soles of my beloved flats had come right off, and I wasn't sure if they were even repairable, but Baktash fixed them right up. They were inexpensive shoes to begin with, so I questioned whether it was worth it to fix them... it was. They are in better condition now than they ever have been. Highly recommend.

Great work dear Baktash! Great price! Great service! Brought in a pair of my favorite dress shoes and hand new leather soles and heels put on. Very reasonably priced and they look like brand new. I'll definitely use this great local shop again.

Brought in two pairs of heels and my favorite pair of boots that were pretty destroyed and they were able to fix my heels and make my boots look and feel brand new! I will for sure come here again! It's so hard to find a reasonably priced shoe repair place that does a great job. They were also able to get them done for me in less than a week. If you're looking for a great local shoe repair place I would definitely recommend them!
