Michael is such a pleasure to work with! We had a huge termite problem in our home and called him up based on all the amazing reviews we saw online on homestars and google and glad we did. He was extremely knowledgeable and offer a free termite inspection. We had our home and yard treated the same day - full termite control - and not to mention the 1 year warranty and zero renewal program. Saving over $300 a year from the other guys.

The kids have been sleepless for the past weeks as they kept hearing noises of insects in their room. Despite cleaning and the use of insecticide, the problem has persisted because it turned out to be termites. Thankfully, my workmate referred us to Michael at Bugs R Us. He gave a free termite inspection and a reasonable quote with no yearly renewals. Today, my kids sleep soundly at night and that’s something even money can hardly buy!

I had an ongoing problem with termites in my house and tried another company but they didn’t do great work and the termites came back. Luckily I found BUG R US! I called and Michal picked up right away, told him about the termites, he listened carefully and offered a FREE INSPECTION, which was awesome because the other company charged over $300. We arranged a time later that day for him to check out the house and he really knew what he was talking about. I hired him on the spot to do the treatment and I’m happy to say my house is termite-free today, months later. Thanks Michael and Bugs R Us!.

I own a very large real estate brokerage in Toronto and we don't use anyone else but Michael at Bugs R Us for our clients. He's treated over 100 homes successfully for us. We can always trust that treatments are done correctly because he does them himself along with his team. We've used many of the competitors and well...I don't even want to comment. Bug R Us is the only company I would trust with my client's homes.

Called Michael for a quote and from the very first conversation he was incredibly professional and explained the entire termite treatment process to me. He came in cheaper than the competition, does the treatments himself, doe not out source it like the other guys and also there is no yearly renewal program (save over $300 a year). My parents house is completely termite free. I highly! highly! Recommend him! It's really nice that we didn't have to worry about my sister's dogs also because his treatment is completely environmentally friendly! YAY!
