In short: Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else! * update: in addition to not being professional, they are also great liars! Nice combination! And here is the full story: I have ordered a bunch if boxes from them with free shipping, that never arrived! They claim that the driver knocked at the front door and left after two tries, without using the buzzer! Exactly when I was working from home, two meters from the door! When I asked for a refund they told me that it was my fault that I was not at home (which I definitely was!) and they will deduct a $25 shipping fee (which were supposed to be free based on the receipt) from the total ! They were rude (wish I could post an screenshot here!), and non professional. They offer free shipping on orders over $100, and when I asked for a refund, here is an exact quote from their reply: « All orders are charged a flat-rate shipping fee of $25. We take care of the shipping costs on any order of $100 or more (before taxes). Unfortunately, the order was shipped out and the delivery was attempted. We can’t absorb the costs involved to fulfill an order then issue a full refund. We are a small business and we simply can’t afford to pay employees to pick and load the truck, the driver needs to get paid. Then there is fuel, maintenance and transaction fees also involved in fulfilling your order. »

Had exactly what I needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Appreciate the advice, care & quickness for walking through my supplies, I truly wish there were more businesses that operated like this.

I've purchased boxes from The Box Guys for both of my moves. Both times, they have delivered exactly what was ordered, quickly and for a reasonable price. The kits they have available for moving are excellent value and it's definitely a company I will continue to turn to for support during a move!
