Arrow Lake Veterinary Hospital

Great team. Sadly we had to put our dog down. Dr. Emilie did her best for our girl. She kept us informed and aware of her condition. The whole staff were so good in our trying time.

Pick up service only, no dinning in.

We just moved to the area, called to see if we could get our new puppy in to find out what shots she still needs etc. The receptionist working this morning ( 07/27/20) was an Absolute displeasure to deal with seriously! I called the Castlegar vet hospital right after & even though they are also super busy, she was 1000xs more personable, kind and professional. Whoever answered the phone for arrow lakes... it took everything out of me not to go off on that wretch. She kept interrupting me basically spoke down to me & made it sound like, God they are just soooo swamped to the point where she can talk down to folks because of it?! Good to know. We have 2 dogs & farm animals so we are looking for a great reputable vet, we won’t think twice about these guys. 2 stars cause we bet the vets are probably really good, but that receptionist?! BYE!
