Incredibly bad service. She first said to call her to discuss "Next Tuesday," but she was on vacation until Thursday. We made an appointment on Friday and she told me that she would look at all the information for her, and that she would contact us on Monday. No call. After I contacted to see if all was well, she told me she was busy, but what would call next Monday, and nothing yet. After all that, I wrote an email telling her that if she did not want to work for us, let us know and give us our documents. She replied by email that we could be sure that "all necessary attention was given". But finally, she called me, she apologized for everything, and she said she was just more busy than she would have thought, but that if I could wait a couple of weeks she could start (so she lied when she said she had given all necessary attention). After two weeks, I'm contacting him ... nothing yet. Still, she says she's too busy. Completely ridiculous. She took $ 150 for an appointment and just lost time. She did not want to give us our money she took for nothing. Nathalie Trottier is really a bad advocate. Finally, we got another lawyer and they are fantastic. This lawyer was terrible. She did not fail on every claim that she would get back to us on certain dates (every single time); But when I finally emailed asking, she just did not want to do the work, she got her assuring me that she was taking all the time that my box deserved. When we later talked on the phone, it became apparent that it was a lie, but it was not . She then said that she would be welcome to start the business, but after two weeks we still heard nothing, despite emails. Finally, she said again being too busy. At this point, we are having a lot of time (while we are buying a house with serious problems, including holes in the roof). This lawyer returned our documents, but did not return the $ 150 for our initial meeting which was completely useless. This is the worst lawyer that has never seen a complete waste of time and money. However, we got another lawyer who is amazing. He is on the case quickly, intelligently, has professionals to send for inspections, etc. This is what we would expect from any lawyer. I strongly recommend against hiring Nathalie Trottier. You will need help when you need it.
