Great gym with all the equipment you would need for a good workout. Reasonable drop in rate ($12) and very friendly staff.

All brand new equipment and never seems to get too busy. It's my local gym. Fairly well priced but by far the best training facility in town!

I stopped in for a workout while on vacation. I was greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. The gym had multiple rooms with plenty of equipment, and even has space for body weight workouts or plyometrics. I would definitely visit again.
