On our very first appointment we were early. We were waiting on the waiting room for about 30 min. No one apologized for their delay. We were ok with that. The veterinarian was cold and judgmental. Our dog was a puppy and we said he was at the couch with us and jumped straight to the floor - she gave us the dirtiest look. She was cold with our dog too. On our second appointment we were NINE (9) minutes late because our dog had diarrhea right before leaving our place. We live 30min away. She refused to take us. We explained the situation and the secretary said she would talk to the veterinarian. The veterinarian assistant took us, examined our dog (she was the only one very nice at that place) and asked us to wait for the veterinarian. The veterinarian Caroline came, didn’t even look at our dog, said she had a migraine and couldn’t take him. Asked us if we could come back in 3 hours because she had another dogs to take care of. WHAT ? First: if you’re sick, take the day off and don’t make us drive 30min to hear your BS! Second: if you don’t have passion for your profession and you cleared showed that when you didn’t even look at our dog, you should definitely DO NOT even bother to work as a veterinarian. Awful service, it’s all about money and nothing else. I DO NOT recommend this pet hospital and I’m glad I found a very competent veterinarian in Lasalle!
