Your Parking Meters are ALWYAS Broken.
Not printing receipts, in the winter the buttons dont work. Theyre Awful
Aside from being my most favourite app Parking Montreal was essential in helping me dispute and win my case for a parking ticket.
Ever since they introduced the new app, there have been major problems with it. The app somehow relaunches randomly without your knowledge and pays for the last parking spot a second time. This can happen a day, a week or more after your last authorized parking. So a $5 parking ends up costing you $10 or more. I complained and got a refund the first time. Subsequently, it happened two more times, but my complaints were ignored and no suggestion was made to fix the problem. I got fed up and removed the app from my phone.
Lack of option, we should be able to locate with the name and / or intersections of the streets where we are parked, really not friendly
