Photo Flo was scheduled to photograph at my daycare and never showed. We had spoken 2 weeks before and she informed me that she couldn't do grad pics unless we had our own stuff for it. To me this was a bit of a nuisance as should could easily use her materials and wash between sessions, which i voiced but it wasn't a deal breaker. I went and bought the necessary equipment, the photographer never showed. When i finally got in touch with the company the receptionist told me she cancelled our session. no email, no phone call, no communication at all, Just never showed up. Mean while she was very adamant that we would pay an extra cost if we didn't have 15 kids here or more and that we needed to make sure to have enough staff to accommodate the children as her photographers couldn't touch them at all. I ran around making sure every child was in that day and that i had more staff than needed etc for this company to just decide to not show up, without a single word. I will look around for a more professional company.

Photoflo came to my children's daycare for some pictures. They turned out great but one of my children had a cold that day and the people at our daycare did not clean her nose properly before the pictures. I contacted Photoflo to see if anything could be done. I do not know what they did but that booger is GONE! Great editing skills. Also, they were very easy to reach, very professional and the pictures are amazing. Thanks again.

Very bad quality pictures. Doesn't look like a professional photography. Very expensive. Not worth the money.

Hello, I received the photos of my child's daycare. The photo is beautiful, but frankly, for the price we pay, you could have taken the trouble to cut them out before handing them over to us. Had I known, I would have taken the digital version and had them printed in the right format directly! Except that your price for digital is SUPER expensive! Frankly ... It's digital! You are no longer at the point of developing negatives ... Really disappointed ...

Daycare photos are really poor quality. We can see that it is done quickly. Of my 3 children, I have 2 options for each and NONE is beautiful. My children are not smiling or their expression is not adequate. Looks like they only took these 2 pictures and hop on to the next one !! Instead of doing their job of photographing CHILDREN and waiting for the child to smile. Last year, they took a picture of one of my children with a dirty nose !! And I had to pay to correct their mistake ... Looks like it's done on purpose to charge us more !!
