I first visited Dr. Lord to get a second opinion about my cat's heart condition. Turned out that my cat never had any heart condition. Dr. Lord and his staff are attentive, honest and very professional. Ever since that incident, I've been going to him. It's been about 5 years now, and I will keep on going there. Helpful and knowledgeable. I missed a reply email from them. I was trying to make an appointment and missed a reply. Check you junk mail incase you happen to experiwnce the same as me. I like this clinic, Dr. Lord was very kind and helpgul you could see that he truely cares for every animal that passes through his doors.

This was our first time using a mobile vet service and Dr. Lord was awesome! He really cares about animals and knew when it was the right moment to give them space when they're very nervous. He didn't do any unnecessary testing. We felt comfortable, he is really down to earth and we couldn't have had a better experience. Also, it was really easy to get an appointment, there was someone who answered the phone and booked us for that same evening. Excellent availability like evenings which met our needs. Thank you so much!
