Stood in waiting area while four assistants walked around. Not a single person even looked in my direction. I was the only client waiting. Finally left when two women were behind the counter, one on the phone the other talking to her. Still no acknowledgement. Prices are high and the doctor is over booked and does not spend much time with my animal. Decided to switch to another clinic.

I mean they know there stuff but they are a little bit sketchy and by that I mean the main vet is all about finishing her day with the most clients and the most money but the aide vets are so very nice and that's the only reason i give a 3 star rating, keep doing your good customer service to the top because your keeping this place up

Pire clinique vétérinaire selon moi. Je ne la recommande à personne. Notre lapin y est mort après une chirurgie de stérilisation et on nous a fait croire que tout allait bien mais au contraire, il en est mort. De plus tous le monde sait que le lapin est un animal nerveux qu’on ne doit pas garder avec chats et chiens et c’est pourtant ce qu’ils ont fait. Ils auraient intérêt à s’informer et à être plus professionnel.

Customer service is clearly not your priority. NO phone calls the day before surgery to confirm my appointment and be informed of the specifics and NO post-operative follow-up from the staff. Pay and go! Under no circumstances will you see me again at your clinic. I do not recommend this vet in any way, especially since I have never met him during my 2 visits to the clinic. Rotten service for rabbits 🐰
