Carolyn is excellent at her craft. She makes the client feel at ease and makes the experience feel totally relaxing and pampering overall, which is exactly what I want. She listened to exactly what I wanted for my nails and followed my lead. My nails looked fantastic at the end and I really felt I could go back again and again and get the same excellent service. What I look for is someone I can build a rapport with, as well as being talented and high quality, Pow Nails provided this and more. Carolyn is absolutely fantastic! I always go for a nice, neat, polished nail design, and she still manages to make me feel creative! My nails have never looked better and never felt healthier. My shellac polish and manicure has held up to my work days (I'm a professional cleaner) and stayed just as shiny and perfect as the day she did them!!!
