I didn’t like her Customer Service from the start. I didn’t trust leaving my dog with her, who was responsive, alert, and very hopeful when I brought her here. She was the only vet that answered at 5:30pm on a Thursday night in an hours distance. Sure enough last time I seen my dog alive was when I left her there. I felt even with her trying to accommodate me in English as a French speaker, she was rude and cold considering what I was going through. I wish I would have just taken my dog with me, she might still be alive today.
