I absolutely love this gym, mainly because it doesn’t feel like your typical gym. This gym is all about teaching you the right movements for building and maintaining health, range of movement, and functionality. Right from the start, I felt welcomed no matter my background. They are also really great at communicating and adapting to ever changing COVID protocols, which I really appreciate.

Love going here. Recovering from an injury and working towards new fitness goals with individualized instruction and lots of encouragement from Tiera and Steve. Its the perfect community gym, inclusive, with a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Haven't been to the gym, but the company car ran right through a stop sign and almost his us in Valleycliffe. Didn't even seem to slow down. Idiots

The coaches are smart, educated and passionate about getting you moving optimally. Classes are therapeutically designed to get you strong safely. You will feel well taken care of in this space.

Love this gym & the variety of classes. Also the owners are fabulous!
