Shoppers Drug Mart

Two separate times I had prescriptions faxed here from my doctors office, and this pharmacy told me they didn’t receive them when my doctors office had confirmation they were sent. Then after calling back and forth a few times, being placed on hold multiple times so they can scramble and find the fax, the pharmacy told me “oh it had been misplaced because the wrong date of birth was on it” I followed up with my doctors office and they have all my correct information. They are completely disorganized and try to put the blame on some one else. I live super close to this pharmacy, but I will be driving the extra distance to avoid them now!

We were in this shoppers location in Callingwood plaza to get the flu shot , on Monday evening. unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with the pharmacy’s receptionist in the front desk while passing our health card information & filing the flu shot consent forms the lady who’s name was Raman was so impolite and aggressive to us while we were calmly trying to file the forms either online or have it done in a hard copy! I would not recommend this location and would not spend a penny in here any more! if you have an option please go somewhere else which values you and your business!

Terrible customer service, specifically the pharmacy department. Very rude, and unwilling to help their patients/ educate them on the medication they need. Will definitely be switching to a different location to avoid any more negative experiences. Disappointed and stunned by the lack of kindness displayed by the employees at this Shoppers Drug Mart!

This place has the slowest and I mean slowest postal service ever. One older lady was working when I was in line, and she is just chatting with the customer she was assisting. Now I'm all for chit chat but when you have a job to do and a line that is forming up down the store, ring them in and get out! Or better yet, ask for help! Another customer had mentioned "several ppl waiting here", and the lady behind the counter replied, "you will have to continue to wait". This is not the service we wait for, we don't wait in line to hear what you are cooking for dinner. After 30 mins and the line not moving I left, will not be returning. Get some new staff as this isn't the 1st time I've experienced this, but it will be the last.

Excellent customer service experience. Very helpful staff.
