Rexall

Unfortunately they like to pick up the phone line and hang up instead of answering the call. I called 6 times within 2 hours and the front line staff just kept picking up and hanging up. I did at one point think they may have been busy but my roommate had just come from there picking up medicine and I stated that they must have been busy and he said, nope it’s a ghost town in there. And She was in at the post office plus looking about for cold and fever remedies then purchased. So Rexall, not sure what that’s all about then especially since your message states to call and speak before coming in.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went into your establishment today and noticed customers not wearing masks. When I let one of the staff know they stated that Rexall does not enforce the bylaw. This is very upsetting considering people go to Rexall for prescriptions. Horrible will never go to a Rexall again.

Most of the stores staff are very rude. They cant seem to ever open during the store hours which is agrivating since it's now 11am and they open at 930am today. This is the third time iv been waiting for the store to open almost an hour or longer after opening. Just to have to walk another two-three blocks to the nearest Rexall. Do not go here to get your drug prescriptions apearntly it is the doctor who can't seem to ever make it in on time and I guess there not allowed to open doors until there is someone to work the drug counter.
