They are quick and friendly. Definitely went the extra mile when I had to switch my prescription to their location and had it all done within an hour. The staff are very professional and will listen to your questions and help you if they can.

I got answers like - I think so, and, I'm not sure. When I pursued the question I got scolded for asking and told it was not my problem because someone else was paying for it. I said I would have better service with a different pharmacy and she said that was a good idea. So I am gone after 3 years of happy relationship with Dan and Les.

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!!! I transferred pharmacy's from Shoppers drug mart Beverly to Rexal and ever since then it's been nothing but a headache! There's a pharmacy technician that's NEW and her constant facial expressions from one minute shess smiling and the next she's frowning, and she can't seem to ever get anything done correctly, it took her 45min no exaggeration to input my prescriptions let alone another 30min to fill them so the Pharmacist could check them and give them to me! Also there is a HUGE language barrier as well like only 4-5 employees speak English the others are still working on it! This is my first month there and my last month there! I'm transferring back to my original pharmacy regardless of how far they are from me! I'll get my piece of mind knowing that they won't screw up! THE BEST PART OF ALL IS I WON'T HAVE PILL JUNKIES HARRASSING ME TO SELL/GIVE THEM MY MEDICATION! SHADY LOSERS AND SHADY PHARMACY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY!

RIDICULOUSLY UNRELIABLE. Every single time I come in, one or more of my prescriptions has failed to be filled despite my countless calls to fill it or they have filled a prescription that ISN'T MINE. I can't express enough how utterly ridiculous this pharmacy is. Save yourself the pain and don't go here. Hate hate hate.
