The cosmetic and cashier staff are friendly and help me find everything I need. They come to you you don’t have to chase them. Medina the cosmetic Manager she’s always there smiling nice skin and knows her information. She recommended skincare brands that are proven to work and my skin looks good now with no makeup. I use the makeup she told me to use and I don’t get pimples. Thank you to this shoppers for being one of the only with smart and helpful people! they also tell you the good points deals they are your friend not trying to rip you off

Shoppers Drug Mart in Terra Losa. Very disappointing. I wish I could have done this review with no stars. That's how bad it was.I went there to get a prescription that only a few Pharmacies make. The staff there were very rude, told me they have to order a certain powder to make the prescription but they won't order it because I was not a regular customer. I spoke to 2 staff there , both ladies, and neither of them looked at me even once while we spoke. One was a consultant! In her position she should have a better attitude with customers.When I said Thanks and asked for my prescription back the consultant flicked it back to me across her counter. They were just plain nasty & rude. I will never go back and I'm telling everyone I know not to go there.

Terrible service , wife just got released from hospital after knee replacement and needed her prescriptions , they said it would take 45 mins , I couldn’t wait that long as I had to drive to westlock , I asked her to fax the prescription westlock shoppers she said she can’t do that which I know is a lie ! They don’t deserve my business !

Terrible pharmacy. My last two visits to the pharmacy they only filled 1/3 of my prescription and when questioned the second time responded with 'you wanted the entire prescription filled?' Then had the attendant ask what i needed it for. Used the automated call in to fill another prescription only to find out they don't have it and don't know when they will get more, will be switching my prescriptions from here.
