Shoppers Drug Mart

The beauty boutique staffs are not welcoming. Had an experience with Daniella BB I guess she is the manager of the beauty boutique. When I went to return my product from biotherm which was unused the very next day of buying, she refused to take it as I didn't get the gift back with that purchase back for return too. This has never happened to me before. I usually spend $600-900 in every month from shoppers drug mart beauty boutique and this is the treatment I get from them. I prefer going to the shoppers drug mart at 50 th street Ellerslie as the staffs I found are welcoming and specially Kateryna R was the best of them. Always sends me home with lots of gifts with my purchase which she is allowed to that brings me back to her for more shopping and sale for her

Friendly pharmacy staff and nice people. No complaints.

I recently went to this store for cosmetics and perfume. The salesgirl in skirt on cosmetics side was very rude. Honestly she just ruined my day by her tone. She rolled her eyes and she loudly and rudely asked if I needed help. I was checking perfumes and was deciding which one to buy. She left me without further help. Please train your staff to be polite and courteous.

Shoppers drug mart expensive compared to Walmarts and Super store. Top of that they need to improve their customer service.

the lady at the beauty counter was not helpful at all. She was not listening to me. I was there on Saturday around 3:30 pm
