Shoppers Drug Mart

Went there today to buy something...there is a lady im not sure the name tegan i cant remember but she has a supervisor in training and wont exceed extra effort to help us...she is rude to my wife the way she talk to my wife,she doesnt even thanks for shopping...but i said welcome to her before i leave...We are not gonna come back to this store again...

Jesse is an amazing Pharmacy owner. Myself and my wife have been coming here for yrs. Unfortunately we will not be back and taking our prescriptions and money elsewhere. The new spanishpharmacist refused me 3 days of metphormine(my diabetic medicine and cant see my doctor until wednesday) because i was a few days early on refill because my doctor Changed the amount I take until I see a specialist. Basically playing with my life as they are needed to control my sugar so I don't end up in a diabetic coma....good job shoppers pharmacy. If. Anything happens to me I will make sure everyone knows about this

Don't have a big sign that says open till 12 am if you close at 10 pm every day

My wife and I have pretty much dealt with every single department at this store. The staff are always friendly and hospitable. We always like coming to this Shoppers . The pharmacists are also knowledgeable and always answer our questions elaborately. I would definitely recommend Shoppers on 137 Ave; and don’t forget your PC Optimum because their deals are irresistible😍

Great Service received by Pharmacist Mr. Eric. I would recommend he would be perfect pharmacist to deal with. He took responsibility upon him and guide me through on the spot what I was looking for. Also was caring and prompt to follow up on my queries. Thanks Eric
