Shoppers Drug Mart

I have been willingly dealing with Shoppers Drug Mart all my life, the closest one to wherever I live, BC and Alberta. This shoppers is by far the WORST. I am on 10 day quarantine due to covid and they will not deliver my medication, and I live 3 blocks away!! But yet advertise free delievery of medication during the pandemic. They would rather trust a random cab driver with my medication that I have to pay. Been going to them for a year now for my meds and this is the last straw of many!! Do yourself a favor and go to a pharmacy that treats people fairly, and actually appreciates you!! -jessica m ( dont have a google account, writting this through my nephews)

Out of flyer sales items quickly but usually well stocked for other items - particularly snack foods and the hygiene sections. Usually only 1 cashier serving at till and no self serve kiosk so check out can take longer if customer before you is purchasing a lot or has additional requests like lottery. Occasionally the beauty cosmetics section will help checkout if available.

Clientel is the problem. I wont be back.

Really bad experience today. I went to pick up a parcel from Wellwise, which is Shoppers online affiliate, then was accused/lectured by the post office employee of using their address instead of my own when I ordered the rather expensive item. As if I even know their address? When I said I didn't, he said I was going to need to "tell the company" and threatened if it happened again, I wouldn't get my parcels. I've been a long-time customer of this Shopper's but between the really poor customer service and lack of enforcement of the mask bylaw, I'll probably reconsider shopping there again.

Very Good Shoppers Drug Mart, Always well stocked, organized and Store is clean. Pharmacy Staff are #1 these people genuinely care about you and are very thorough when giving you your medication to ensure you have the appropriate knowledge while taking it.
