I hope this message can reach the London Drug management team. Quinn in Computer department is excellent! The guy knows his stuff, and moreover, he is very customer service oriented, patient and professional. I brought my phone to do the battery replacement, but there were some other issues, he really went out of his way and tried his best to resolve the problems. I really appreciate his patient and excellent customer service mentality and skills. If you have some issue with your computer or iPhone, I'd suggest you to go to London Drug in WEM and see Quinn.

I dropped off a roll of 120 film that I had called the photolab in advance about to make sure they could successfully develop it. On the phone they assured me they could do it. I dropped off the roll of film that was from a client’s photoshoot and was told it would take 3 to 5 days. One week later I called asking for an update. They said it was sent away to a lab that could process it and it shouldn’t take too much longer. Sweet. One week after that, two weeks in total, I called back asking for an update. The man on the phone, Ma**r, was incredibly short with me and said it was already done, then said it wasn’t. He then said there wasn’t a photo lab technician I could speak with but when I said I’d come in suddenly there was a lab technician. I would like to stress that the lab technician, who is the lead there, was nothing but helpful and kind. She was essentially cleaning up a mess that she didn’t make. She said that the 120 film was sent back the day before to the WEM location because NO London drugs can process that type of film. I’m confused why the initial employee took it in, why someone else sent without neither checking? She offered me a refund, which I came in and got. When I came in however, Ma**r was nothing but standoffish. He was wearing his mask around his neck despite masks being mandatory indoors everywhere in Edmonton. He grabbed my 35mm negatives and literally slapped them down on the counter. When I asked about the 120 roll he said, “oh you’re the one who called” and scoffed. He then tried to charge me again for the 120 film? I told him The technician said I could receive a refund, and then he checked with the tech and gave me one. I told my partner who also came with me, to receive her 35mm negatives because we do not plan on returning. He “searched” her up in the system and couldn’t find any and told us we were wrong. I asked him to check again, and like a miracle he found her negatives. He grabbed them and slapped them across the counter and stood there staring at us. I was annoyed with the initial film situation but I also understand people make mistakes. But the blatant rudeness and lack of professionalism regarding a mistake made on your end blew my mind. (For the purposes of this review I censored part of the employees name).

They have friendly and knowledgeable staff at the pharmacy, and they took their time to explain the side effects and conditions of the medication prescribed to me by my doctor. Plus, the manager was very considerate enough to give me a vaccination right before my out of the country vacation, even though she was flooded with orders for medication. Thank you! I really appreciate that!

My iPhone appeared to be compromised in a couple of ways. I accidentally clicked on a questionable phishing link, and my phones screen only worked intermittently. I spent a couple of hours on the phone with Apple support, and the representative helping me suggested I take it to a certified Apple tech. I lucked out and found an appointment that suited me, at the London drugs location in WEM. I was greeted politely by a service technician by the name of Quinn. I explained everything that was going on with my phone, and he put my mind at ease rather quickly. He patiently explained things to me in layman’s terms and ensured I understood what was happening before proceeding with the necessary scans and repairs. I came back 45 mins later to a perfectly functional phone, and piece of mind. This service tech was very knowledgeable, polite and funny. Wish customer service was like this everywhere!
