Rexall

I really don't like this rexall at all. Every time I go there, I have issues with stuff being the wrong priced and advertised at a different price. I came here on September 15th to grab some supplements and the cashier, Diana, charged me twice for something I only grabbed one of. By the time I got home and look over the receipt, I tried to call them and it was too late. I always pay an extra 10-15 in wrong prices or mistakes, and this has happened 4 or 5 times at this location. Who wants to be that person that has to go back and argue over the cashier making a mistake? Not me, so I let it go. But I will NEVER shop here again. Folks that shop here, check your receipts and pay attention to what the cashier is scanning unless you want to continuously get ripped off. 0 stars for this rexall.

This Rexall is notorious for advertising wrong prices. The cashiers don't pay attention. I spend a lot of money here but I will start going some where else, where customer service and correct pricing is a priority.

I get my prescriptions for over two years here. I like service, friendly and helpful staff, great for gabbing milk bread ect and your prescriptions. I no everything has changed with the virus going out there but one thing that these guys need to change the open and closing hours on there web site. You go on there and it says it's open when it's not. The hours use to be 9:00 Am to 11:59 PM BUT NOW 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. And the only way you would no this if you go on the website and look at the pictures, they took a picture of the hours that is on the door and posted on there web site. Come on guys what would happen if someone has a sick child or sick and they think your open and get there with there child prescription and your closed. Please change your hours on your website.

I love Rexall. One thing, I've noticed every rexall I go to for some reason is under staffed.

I have never had a problem here and they are very helpful. They do have great sales at times. I usually breezed through to go to the Medicentre but end up purchasing things. Fair prices.
