After standing at a pay metre, following all prompts, paying $15.75. No receipt was printed. Which seemed fine as the display of receipt is not required, but I did get a ticket for $73.50. Clearly I could get this corrected As I did pay. My issues are with what happened after I called to report the possibility of a machine down, the person basically told me couldn’t be possible because I was the only person to call, she was extremely rude, I asked to speak to someone else and she said “no, there isn’t anyone else”, said she didn’t have a boss, then hung up on me. Sad that I have to go through so many steps to deal with something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Please look at getting better customer service reps!
Terrible parking, overpriced. Not cleaned. Customer service representatives over phone are so rude and disrespectful. They don't want to transfer calls to supervisors, so you cannot complain on them. I never experience such a poor service in my life. Avoid Diamond Parking lots, use City of Edmonton or Impark instead.
