The construction people dumped paint on my new car (1 year old car!) and now Impark is sending me to deal with their contractor to get my car fixed.Constant construction, my car is always dirty, every single day. I am tired of washing it so I just leave it dirty now. I switched to park upstairs just so they wouldn't damage my car even more.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH IMPARK. I am a monthly parker at lot 399 in edmonton. I park in the same lot and usually in the same spot every single day and have been doing so for about 10 months now. In march/april I received 3 separate tickets in this lot for not paying for parking which were cancelled because of course I pay for parking in that lot. In each of these instances my parking card was in fact displayed, but on the physical dash because the top part of it is broken. Yesterday I received another ticket for failure to pay for parking. I called the impark office and was informed that they could not cancel the notice because I had 3 tickets back in March/April that were cancelled. They offered to reduce the fee to $40. But this is not acceptable. I pay for parking every month. I have never missed a payment. And I have to pay a $40 fine for not paying to park in the lot. That is not right. That is not okay.
