Mira has been helping me feel better for 4 years. She has always taken the extra time to explain everything and help me build a better understanding of my body and what to do to feel my best. She knows exactly what to do and what areas of my body need work. I had a fear of needles, but Mira made sure I was comfortable with dry-needling - and it worked very well to relax my quad muscles. It's always wonderful seeing her and I will miss her very much (moving out of town). I would recommend her for anyone with pain or stiffness who wants to recover or maintain great health.

I am very thankful to have had Mira as my physiotherapist. She impressed me with her knowledge and ability to work simultaneously on different concerns to support my recovery after having been in a MVA during my third pregnancy. Mira’s depth of skills and experience was impressive; she try different techniques until she found what worked and continually adapted and tailored exercises to meet me where I was in my recovery. Mira’s client care was amazing; she instantly put me at ease. This high level of client care was always there.

My podiatrist had recommended me to a physiotherapist but I wanted to try Mira Physiotherapy because I always read the reviews and Mira Physiotherapy had excellent reviews!! I chose to see Mira. Mira is very special. She really cares about you and takes her time to really listen to your physical issue. I have 2 which I have been suffering with for awhile. I will tell you if your hurting don't wait until it gets really bad like I did. Mira has helped my foot pain and hip pain so much. I am still going to her Physiotherapy Clinic and I am so happy with the results. I could not walk without being in excruciating pain. I am getting so much better. Mira is very knowledgeable, kind, patient and just an overall great person! You will not regret going to Mira for help. Go, Don't wait and suffer! You will be so happy you did I guarantee it!!!

I highly recommend Mira, she is very knowledgeable and professional. I was not a big believer in physio until I actually needed it, she changed my mind about treatment and it’s effectiveness. My situation was tricky because of my condition, but she overcame that and got me where I needed to be, she tailored an exercise plan for my recovery combined with her excellent treatment. When I was feeling negative, she got me back to positive with her words and her actions. I was told by my Dr that surgery was the only answer, I have multiple issues with my hips, back and legs.My mobility increased greatly after each session. She is also a great person to go with her professionalism.

Noman Anwari is the most amazing physiotherapist I have ever been to. Knows exactly what to do to help you relieve your pain and set you up for success in the long term while genuinely caring about you. He has excellent people skills, is very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I recommend this physiotherapist to everyonev as he is the best I've ever been to and I've been doing physiotherapy for over 8 years off and on. What a hidden gem.
