We always buy our cat food at this location. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. I'm sure it's been tough on retail shops during the pandemic, so well done to the whole team.

Good store with a great selection of pet products and reasonable prices, if you're coming here from Whistler it's worth the trip with the current status of Whistler Happy Pets as of August 2020.

It's incredibly sad that a store with young members of our community working in it get such a bashing from local owners. Is everyday perfect in your world? In your employment have you delivered exceptional performance with every movement of your being - absolutely not. Every time I have visited this store, i've been helped to the best of the persons ability - they always ask if my dog wants a treat - and they know my fur dude by his first name even if we don't visit for a few months - he's always greeted as a friend - let's lay off people a bit eh - do you want a 17 year old girl fired from her job because a blow dryer wasn't working - or you got an out of date example of food that was replaced without question - with a smile - yet you still leave your one star review up - shame on you all and be kinder to your local businesses and lose some of the entitlement. Bosley's for the win - love this store.

Plenty of healthy options for all breeds and ages. Wide space between shelves to prevent any accidental conflicts from nervous animals. Well laid out sections for different types of pets. Fresh water is always available at the entrance. Bulk dog treat bins are a great idea. A few sample bags of my dog's favourite treats seem to make him much happier than getting the same type of treat all day long.
