Very respectful individual. Mr. Tamer took all my preferences into consideration, before taking action. He helped me figure out the best solutions that would accommodate me and my families best interest. Overall, best service! I highly highly recommend this Travel Agency to anyone that wants to fly anytime soon or future. He also takes full precautions when it comes to his customers. He keeps quite a difference between him and his customers, with a shield between customer and himself. Hand sanitiser, in every corner, as well as he cleans the chair after a customer is done. He is fully aware of what needs to happen during this crisis. I had a really good experience while changing some tickets. He did the impossible! Thank you Mr. Tamer!!
