Asked for a return ticket to the Middle Eastfor February 2021. The fellows had no clue. Blame it n COVID I guess.

I called this place to ask about using my Airmiles and had to hang the phone up on the ignorant loud rude lady who answered my call .I used the term "car hire" instead of "car rental" and the lady was more interested in correcting the term I used wrong than answer my questions regarding the airmiles certificates I wanted to use to book a trip. You should get out of the "service" industry if this is how you treat and speak to potential clients......lost my business I called the Stony Plain Marlin Travel and had a perfect conversation with a PROFESSIONAL well mannered lady that answered all my questions and will get my business AND be referred to by myself to all my family and friends...….

My wife visited this travel agency and received very rude, discriminatory service. The travel agent refused to engage in any meaningful dialogue and made assumptions about her. Very poor.

Ivy is the best there is in the business! She organized a group of 30 of us for a wedding and adventures while there and did it flawlessly! I highly recommend her without any hesitations whatsoever.
