Extremely helpful throughout my experience so far. Very informative with a bunch of information I would've forgotten about or not have thought to ask questions about. Staff are all super friendly and are travelers themselves so are quick to offer great suggestions/spots that they have also experienced first-hand. Last month this company helped me renew my passion for traveling after many years. Their staff was very nice and I felt they took the time to help me select the tour that was best for me at this time of my life. It may sound silly but their customer service made me feel like I was family to them and they truly focused on planning an exciting tour for me instead of just being interested in getting money like other companies did. I'm back with a smile on my face. I highly recommend them.

Their staff was very friendly and their tour guides were very knowledgeable and happy to share interesting facts with the group to make the whole experience much more exciting and memorable during our tour. I had a great experience associating with them for my Australian trip. We approached them with the prices quoted by another agency for the similar itinerary and they gave us a fairly better deal. The hotels and the cars were very comfortable and their arrangements made us feel really special.
