My husband and I had THE BEST experience booking our vacation with Bridget Vail! She is extremely knowledgeable and asked many questions we hadn’t even thought of. Bridget spent sooo much time putting together our Australia trip. She was able to find us the perfect flights and accommodations better than we thought we could get for our budget and perfectly situated at each location. Bridget asked what our interest were, what our must haves and must see/do list was. It was a conversation not just her wanting a quick list. She listened to my story of why this trip is so important to me....I mean REALLY listened. She has put an amazing package together for us. There is nothing for us to do but pack and go. 😊 We left, several hours later, very happy and excited! We highly recommend Bridget Vail for your travel planning needs!! Her care and thoughtfulness are real! As we were wrapping things up, one of Bridget’s colleagues joined our conversation. Stefan was also a pleasure to chat and hear some of his thoughts and expertise. These are just really great people. 😊

I was one of many people that had to make the tough decision to postpone my trip to sunshine and palm trees. I thought that because so many people were in the same position it was going to take forever to get it sorted out BUT Daniel at Flight Centre was awesome, a couple of emails back and forth and it was done the same day! Bridget did an amazing job setting up my trip. She was fully engaged in the request and even went out of her way to find extra activities to enhance my holiday without me asking. Her consideration for maximizing my experience while keeping my costs down were greatly appreciated. She had the foresight to consider my hotel location and how I would be able to commute while on my trip. I will definitely book another holiday with her!

I booked my cycling tour with Exodus to Indo China with the help of Daniel at Londonderry flight center. I had the most amazing trip, even though i am not a cyclist I still went and it was amazing. I would highly recommend using Daniel as your booking agent as he went to great lengths to make sure i was happy. He made 100% sure that i was comfortable with everything and was there to answer any questions i had. My itinerary was spot on and had no troubles throughout my tour.
