Expedia Cruises

This is our second time of Using Randy at Expedia CruiseshipCenters to book our cruise. He is amazing he listens to what we want, offers amazing suggestions. Talks me off ledges if I have stresses and concerns about anything. So great to deal with. I totally recommend him for all your travelling needs.

Randy and his team at Cruise Ship Centers on 142st Edmonton rare unequaled. Randy knows his stuff and I know the cruise lines know him also. Incredibly professional and super reliable. Randy has given us suggestions on accommodations and there have always been excellent but better then that. He can find hotels that exactly fit what we want. We like older classic hotels and he’s found some real winners We travel extensively with myself being to over 120 countries. So this review is not based on one cruise. I live in Toronto and have chosen to deal with Randy and team because they are truly the best I havre found. Why anyone would bother to search and search for there travel needs is beyond me. I go to Randy, tell him what I’m looking for and bang things are done.

Lissa Antflick is an outstanding agent with Expedia. She has booked many trips/cruises for me and there has never been an issue with her bookings, 5 star service. We had a problem with a last minute cancellation of a tour on our last holiday in Paris. The tour company was responsible for the cancellation and Lissa ensured we were fully refunded. I can count on Lissa for great advise and service!

Lissa Antflick has been a joy to work with in planning our several cruises with Princess Cruise Lines. She is knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. She is very good in helping us make decisions regarding excursions, extra hotel nights and the like. We are lucky to have found her.
