Absolutely the worst business/ person I’ve dealt with. We paid a hefty sum up front to supposedly get our cameras & security system ordered. After 10 months with no action, I told him we were coming to get the system and have I just did but now I don’t know what this first time it went got picked up yeah yeah but I haven’t driven but who am I billing it to party another load to I just didn’t do too yeah but this is not it doesn’t matter it doesn’t matter just just got delivered because we bought these do taking them to another company install it. Then we were informed that he hadn’t actually purchased equipment with our 25k. After it was finally installed, our so called support or management of the system has been virtually non existent. I could go on and on, but really all that needs to be said is “shop elsewhere. Save yourself the grief”

Brutal. The rudest, poorest customer service I've experienced in a very long time from a business. Hard to imagine this kind of treatment in these economic times. Will never call on this service again. I'm willing to bet I could get a different locksmith in the surrounding area should I need one again.

This guy who runs this business is very unprofessional and extremely rude!
