My nurse Caitlin was really nice as was Wanda. My doc took extra precautions given my injury and is having me stay. I’m glad they’re taking things seriously rather than being dismissive which I have dealt with before. Thanks for the care HRH

My day surgery care team, Melissa, Mary and Maryjeane were absolutely wonderful. Dr. Mueller is amazing, such a caring Surgeon and the O.R. staff (unfortunately I cannot remember the Nurses names) took great care of me. Dr. Finnegan (anesthesiologist) was also very kind, patient, attentive and made sure I understood every step of his process.

After day surgery try to get out as fast as possible! Was assigned a room next to banging doors with construction on the roof of room. Asked to move rooms to a quieter place. Was faced with gossiping nurses and insults!! My IV solution was leaking into the tissues of my hand turning it blue and puffy. Asked three times to have it removed then went down to emerg where they told me to go back up-stairs. Waited for the night nurse. After crying my eyes out, the night nurse came in and took out the IV needle because of the pain I was in. Sippy cups for water replacement. Too scared to ask for anything else because of the beratement. Asked technician if he was new because it took soo long to draw blood and bent the needle sideways on my arm. Overall the worst experience EVER in a hospital!! Evening nurses just laughed and laughed!

Terrible hospital! Don’t treat anything. More concerned about themselves than actually helping! Maybe the province should close this hospital for savings! No one would miss it!

Worst hospital I have seen so far. If you can make it to Black Diamond, Okotoks or Calgary, go there. They will actually help you.
