My partner and I recently moved to Edinburgh with plans to stay for two years as we pursue our Masters Degrees. It was a stressful time getting everything prepared, especially since we decided to bring our cat with us! Ashley was such an incredible help throughout this process, assisting us to find the perfect flight, finding various pricing options, checking ourselves and our luggage, and always responding quickly. It was her first time dealing with pet travel but she did lots of research, presented us with options and finally connected us with the perfect place. Our cat arrived safe and sound! With all of the hassle, stress and uncertainty of moving to a new country, Ashley's professionalism and enthusiasm was a comfort. We can't imagine having to have done it without her. Thanks!

I was dealing with a very stressful situation booking a flight for my wife. I got a hold of Ashley at the flight centre she took care of everything she went above and beyond the call of duty.
