Apocalypse Fitness & Training Centre

It's been a long time since I've been to this gym, so I don't know how much my information still stands. Well it doesn't have the most in terms of gym equipment, it does have a great variety, that even some big gyms don't have. Due to its size is not exactly the most spacious, but I found going in the mornings always led to very empty space. I was able to do my whole workout sometimes with no one else around. But then again that was like 6 years ago now.

If you want to visit or sign up at this gym you have to make an appointment, however they don’t answer the phone making it impossible to actually come in or even find out about rates. Doesn’t seem like they care about customer service.

One of the better gyms out there. No contracts, owners are always available to help and offer personal training. Only real downside is there are issues with tempature control, so in the summer it can get pretty rough heat wise.

I went on a tour of the facility and it wasn't bad. The main person is Cindy. I messaged her and it took her a month to get back to me. I spoke with her husband and he told me some useful things in general. I noticed something every event they attend aside from tough mudder was fem this and fem that. I know a woman that she would drive from almost aldergrove to down town van to set up a plan with for health. I asked for the same and her husband who dealt with me said she'll get back to me and never did. A hard line man hating feminist runs this business. I don't care to support toxic identity politic businesses like this and you shouldn't either.
