Terrible and zero customer service, maybe because I purchsed sale items only? I thought it's normal to look for a good deal during boxing week. If you thought you found a good deal on furniture in store, look carefully for defects and serious damage. I wouldn't recommend people to shop here, staff like to act like they are your boss. If you're fine with online shopping, I had good experience with the other shop in Toronto that sells the same designers goods and sometimes offer 15% off.

Classic selection of Scandinavian design - with a few well curated additions thrown in (ie Rega turntables...). They had a great sale and we scooped a 50% deal on a by Larssen side table....
