I would recommend this workout to absolutely anyone! I have brought many friends and family to classes, and all have enjoyed it. It is an excellent workout that will challenge you, get you sweating and keep your muscles shaking the next day! It's great for posture and fitness, and it'll make you feel good. The instructors are fantastic and almost all of them can memorize your name the first time they meet you, which is pretty impressive!

One of my favorite studios for a good sweat and workout!! Convenient location with easy to find free parking. The studio is clean and they’ve enforced strict policies during COVID including barricades between the machines. Instructors always have such awesome energy and really motivates you during class. Would highly recommend Lagree West to anyone wanting a challenging workout!

When I need a good burn that I know will lead to a more sculpted body I turn to Lagree. Even the 40 min classes pack a punch! There is no where else in the city to use a pilates reformer machine like Lagree. It takes a few classes to understand the movement but once you try it, it is truly addictive and provides a full rounded workout. Bonus, you get in and out quickly and aren't dripping in sweat. I also think it's the most Covid safe workout I can think of!

The most amazing workout I've ever done! Due to COVID, my usual gym/swim exercise is off the table because the community centers are closed. Felt extremely safe at Lagree West with how they've spaced out the equipment and put up dividers between each equipment. They're strict with their mask policy, and they're not shy to remind people who forgets to wear their masks. The workout itself is out of this world; 40 minutes went by in the blink of an eye, and you will be sweating bullets. You feel so accomplished afterwards because your everything hurts. You will also feel the difference in strength after a few sessions! The instructors are amazing and so motivating. Lagree helped me get back into fitness and it's something that's worth the money.

I am fairly new to Lagree and have to say, each visit seems better than the last one! I went to Saskia's Monday 1030am class and she was amazing! So friendly and welcoming and she made sure to check in with me since we hadn't met before. I told her about my shoulder injury and what had been aggravating it in the last few classes so she made sure to highlight some moves that might be challenging for me prior to class and suggested alternatives then. She also checked in with me several times during the class to make sure I was working in a safe space which was such a great feeling knowing she had my back during class so I could participate within my limits. I really love the feeling I have after I have completed a class as I feel like I stand taller and am energized for the rest of the day. The workout itself is challenging but that's what I want when I go to a group class and the fact that I am sweating (profusely!) without having to jump is amazing! I will definitely be back as I LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!! Thank you!
