Absolutely brutal company / all staff hired to work for this joke of a company who keeps charging my credit card after only being on a month to month membership. I recommend everyone to call the bank and block this trash company from being able to continuously steal our / your money. Some manager named Dylan said i would not be continuously charged in the future because he could not get my money back but could ensure that I would not be charged again...he straight up lied ! Charged more than ever. $42. These crooks need to pay everyone back !

Well i would've given a half star if there is the option. fitness world would not honor our contract renewal rate. We prepaid to get a better renewal rate but fitness world will not honour.

I had Maleen as my personal trainer, she was so awesome!!! She helped me accomplish my goals of gettings stronger and taught me so much along the way! I can now train smarter and I’m so happy , highly highly recommemd her!!!!

I cancelled my membership with Stevenash a few weeks before Covid, signed the form and submitted it to the lady working at the reception area. A few days ago I figured out that a company called Fitnessworld have been charging my credit card for the past three months! They obviously lost some paper work during their bankruptcy and transition to the new company, which is understandable. I contacted the manager and asked him why they charged my credit card whilst I cancelled my membership long time ago he replied “he cannot make any comments about the previous company. When I asked him why they charged my credit card without my consent as I don’t have any contracts with them, he replied the contracts are transferable!

The gym is spacious. Stephen is my personal trainer, very professional and knowledgeable! Other staff has been quite helpful as well. It does get crowded on rush hours, but I never had a problem with it.
