Oxygen Yoga and Fitness - Olympic Village/Fairview Slopes

Excellent trainers. Very good infection control and ambiance. Big space too:-)

Pro: Jess was such a fantastic instructor, amazing energy with such positive vibes. Really encouraging to work out with! Big con: My sweater was stolen during my work out 😞 I won’t be returning until the summer months when I can just show up in my yoga attire... Unless lockers get installed sooner. I really enjoyed the work out, but it would be hard to focus in class always wondering if my coat/shoes/sweaters etc will be there when I’m done.

My favourite Oxygen studio. Great variety of classes, I love the fast paced ones. The area outside the studio is bigger hear and there are cubbies in the studio room, which I prefer.

Small class, instructor was attentive, I like the deep stretch, can feel the difference after the session, it was great

Very well organized studio and an upbeat, validating instructor. The heat was nice and not overwhelming at all.
